Sale conditions and guarantee

  • For the order to be processed, we require 50% of the total amount to be paid. The rest will be paid when we prepare your order in our warehouse or before we ship it to the given address. If the order you are placing is a stock order, 100% of the total amount will need to be paid before we prepare your order in our warehouse or send the tiles to the given address.
  • Our terms and conditions as well as our guarantee policy will be considered as accepted once the payment has been made.
  • Once part of the payment is received, we will begin to process and prepare your order.
  • We do not allow cancellations of personalized orders after three days following the payment.
  • If you received damaged merchandise, please follow the instructions for proper return. You must use our transportation company or we cannot accept the return. If you would like to file a claim for the damaged merchandise, please do so in a timely manner.
  • It is very important to review the merchandise when you reveive it, and write down if there were damages on the delivery note from the transportation carrier.
  • Due to the nature of artisan floor tiles, clients should expect slight variations in size, color and design of all of our products.
  • Floor and fit measurments are the responsibility of the client. Demosaica is not responsible for errors in amount, size or color.

Guarantee Policy

  • Demosaica‘s guarantee includes defects in the maufacturing of the product.
  • Any tile with a manufacturing defect will be replaced as soon as possible. Please take maufacturing time into consideration when waiting for your order. Claims of this type must be places before the client has used or placedthe tile.
  • In no circumstance will financial responsibility beyond the sale price of the tile be assumed.
  • Our guarantee does not cover damages caused by violations of the original use of the tiles.
